Wish I could give this Dr. a zero. Wait at the Sugarcamp Circle office is never less than an hour and a half and then you have to sit in the back and wait for him another hour sometimes only for him to see you for literally two minutes and he zips off to another patient. Computers are ALWAYS down so never has a clue as to what transpired your last visit. Nice office out front but room numbers written on typing paper (really, what Dr. can't afford to go to a local General Dollar and buy some numbers). I've gone through this same routine for several months and i'm done. I am going to find me a Dr. with more compassion for his patients rather than having them come in each month (which isn't even necessary in my case) for the insurance visit payout. If i have to be on time for my visit, you could at least be courteous enough to render services in a timely manner and spend a little time listening to concerns rather than jetting from room to room clueless as to what's going on with your patients.

Dr. Schear is very nice & very caring & compassionate. He just does not give any refills on any meds. I have to see him just to get my meds refilled. The same meds I've been taking for years. Plus he forgets a few then u call back the office but you're on hold for a long time. I haven't had my Mirapex refilled for 2 months, it's for my Restless Leg Syndrome! I heard he likes to bill Medicaid as much as possible.

I've beenwaiting well over a hour for a scheduled appointment. There are children running and screaming..parents not tending to them. Receptionist is hateful and unhelpful. And no care given. I'm so lost as to how this is considered adequate medical care...any where. Dr shear himself is awesome if you can get passed the wait and waiting room. Help America!

Definitely not the best place to come to.. the whole atmosphere gives u a disgusted vibe. Its not clean at all.

Go anywhere else. Better pack a lunch because you will be here all day. Office staff cant find their butt with both hands. Unbelievable.
