The low review is only for the bait and switch tactics that the corporation uses to get you in and then after a couple months, raises your monthly rate. The people I've dealt with on-site are great. I understand that they have no control over the corporate greed that's taken over. I went from paying $105 a month, which was reasonable, to them demanding $163 a month. Thanks but no thanks. There's plenty more storage options out there that aren't run by corporate greed.

We have been using this location for almost 10 years now for winter storage. Previous to it being sold out to extra space storage, it was fantastic. This month my rent goes up $40. That is an extreme increase. I would recommend sticking to a locally owned storage facility instead of corporate owned.

Super clean grounds and office. Appreciate video surveillance and electronic gate access Juliet very professional and helpful. She took time to arrange a time for me to stop in office and sign new contract as I was only in area for 2 days.

They are amazing. Got me in with no money down first month free and there prices are the cheapest around that I have found. Clean units and very friendly staff.

Had an issue with my automatic payment being disabled. Juliet helped with the fee’s and getting me back on auto payments. The call went so much better than I expected, she was very nice and helpful. Really appreciate it!

Juliet helped me today with securing a storage unit, great personality, super professional and caring. Helped me with a deal which was so sweet and appreciated. Really recommend this place. The units are so well kept and monitored. Super clean place.
