Story

Schlosser, Fleming & Associates, Ltd., previously Attiliis & Associates, has been dedicated to providing the most advanced accounting, tax, and financial services to the professional community since the late Charles Attiliis (1953-2014) founded the firm in 1981. To this day our principals, Jay Schlosser, CPA, CVA, and John Fleming, CRPC, ChFEBC, CFS, carry on Charles Attiliis’ vision of fostering strong relationships and rewarding partnerships with their clients.

As a local accounting and financial services firm, located in Alexandria, VA, our team of professionals is committed to delivering very personalized and professional services. Our small size allows us to provide one-on-one services in a family environment, which is difficult to reproduce in this modern age, yet we are large enough to provide some of the most sophisticated financial management and tax planning services available. Our family has grown to twelve employees, including an in-house financial advisor*, a qualified 401(k) plan administrator, and a team of CPA’s, accountants, and bookkeepers who take great pride in contributing to the success of their clients.

With a strong background in the Healthcare Community, we specialize in preparing and implementing financial plans* for physicians, dentists, and other high-net worth individuals, their families, and their businesses. Our retainer-based fee structure for accounting services enables us to provide a high level of service at an affordable cost and also promotes and open line of communication between our clients and our staff.
