The food is always great if you ask me, and great service. The wait was just a little bit longer than fast food, of course. But we had a great visit with family while we were waiting and eating. And everyone liked what they ordered.

I suppose the state that Schlotskys originated from should have the best ever restaurants and this one was hands down the nicest one we've ever been to. Clean, efficient, roomy, delicious! Way to go Kerrville Schlotskys!

Last weekend, we were visiting Kerrville for the weekend. We did drive-thru at Schlotzsky's. I ordered the Pick 2 - half Turkey Avocado Cobb salad and potato soup. The lettuce in the salad was bad and it was missing the goat cheese, boiled egg, black beans, bacon, and roasted corn. I specifically asked for no croutons but unfortunately they put them in anyways. I also did not have a spoon or a fork so I had to get creative and eat with my hands.

My family loves the kids pizza options. We are also big fans of the chips and cookies. The cinnabons are also a pretty great, fresh dessert option.

After waiting 20 minutes for our sandwiches, the girl from the register came by with someone elses order, we said it wasn't ours, she went back and discovered our order never went through and we waited 15 more minutes to get our food. I am diabetic and I needed to eat right away. Had I known it was going to take 35 minutes, I would've gone to Taco Bell instead! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Will never go back!
