Delicious sandwiches and soup. Always can count on the same quality. I love the Original on sour dough. The staff at this location changed since I had last visited (mind you, it had been almost two years since I no longer live in Phoenix).  New staff is much more attentive and friendly. I'll be back sooner thus time because I really enjoyed the service as well. 😊

Just read the reviews and so glad didn't take the job offer. In my interview manager was very unprofessional and made really rude comments to me like I will pay you cash for 4 days of training and if it doesn't work out we will shake hands. Very insulting for someone like myself thats been in the restaurant industry for 15 years and he was second guessing me and my work ethic. I have never been so put down. He also made a really bad comment such as my mother always says if it too good to be true you than its not. That was insult on my integrity. Hire someone that looks like they are on drugs and look unprofessional than. I just thought weird he was going to pay me cash for training never heard of that in all of my 35years of working

The single greatest experience of my life happens every single day when i walk into schlotzkys. Everything from the ambiance, the smiling friendly faces, and the warmth exuding from freshly baked loaves of bread is enough to send me into a stupor! Every day around noon i roll my way on over to scholtzbys and grab myself my favorite sandwich, the large deluxe with extra cheese and extra meat!

Great food, but staff seems extremely stressed at times. They seem to be short handed. Also it's very warm inside the restaurant and there was a huge crack in the toilet in the mens room, it's been like that for while now. I once waited at the counter for a long time and decided to go to the window to ask for help. The taller Hispanic lady was just back there on the phone not paying attention. I feel like better management would do this place some good.

My daughter in law went to pick up her last check and her boss won't pay her. She quit because the place is infested with  cockroaches. There is so much unsanitary things that go on in this Deli. Just letting you know food gets dropped on ground and is still served. I would think about eating at this location.
