I have to give you a 1 or lower, with only having a 30 minute lunch which is plenty of time, today when ordering I had to wait and placed my order @12:02pm.
 Lotz of people came in after me and received their food. 
Finally at 12:20pm my food comes out and I have no time to sit and eat it, they box it up to go and I leave at 12:26pm. 
I complained and said it has never taken that long before and now I will not have time to eat.
 Only get sorry it took so long. 
When paying almost $12 for one person to eat lunch you expect more!

Other quality food establishment's either comp you or offer a refund plus or free coupons.

The manager Joey did an awesome job taking care of our family tonight!! There was an error on our order and Joey ensured that it got fixed and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

If you ever go to this establishment ask for the "10 dollar sandwich" or  the Schlotzsky's sandwich large. Every time ive gone i have to get it yet I cant even eat the whole sandwich in a sitting just  because they always ask "Sir you know that is a $10 sandwich?" Great food every time!

Horrible service! I showed up had to wait in the drive thru and they never gave me any service, I was forced to walk inside the store and order. Paid for my food and when I was all the way at my house half my order was missing! They do not care about customers and the place if very unclean! DO NOT EAT HERE.

Going to a friend's house and decided to place a oune order to go. Took about 5 minutes to do and paid. Got to the location and gave them my name. The order was ready, correct, had utensils and napkins along with the receipt. The woman who gave us our order was very friendly. We will definitely going back to this location
