It’s a little tricky getting to if you’re not used to the area but other than that very clean and very friendly service. I’ve chosen this shallots keys over others just because of how clean it and friendly the service is .  I would’ve given this  five stars but like I said it’s a little tricky finding if you’re not used to the area especially if you’re coming off of Green Oaks Boulevard.. if you are coming off green oaks you’ll have to pass it and make a U-turn and come back down Little Road or cut through the parking lot where the movie Tavern is.

Great little place. Server was polite and helpful. You can finish it up with Cinnabon! Yum

Went for a quick lunch and the service was fast and friendly. The person taking my order pointed to the items included in the Memorial Day Special which was helpful. I ordered the Grilled Veggie and Cheese sandwich. It was so good it will be my go to sandwich. Hot  but still crisp vegetables seasoned just right. And those buns.....hmmmm!

Terrible service the day we came. Staff was unable to keep up with the rush unfortunately. Our family and friends who got their food was cold or slightly warm. They forgot about our food and had to remake it. They gave us a refund without us having to ask for one which made it easier. But in the end we finally got the food after about an hour after everyone else next to us. They are great whenever they aren't busy.

This is our Sunday after Church Schlotzsky's. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food is consistently good. I love the Original and my hubby loves the salads. The Iced Tea is always fresh and good. Though it gets busy, we never wait too long.

This is the cleanest, freshest and most friendliest Schlotzsky’s I have ever been to. Melanie the manager greeted everyone with a smile in line and just very nice! I’m coming back because they truly take care of their customers and the food was super fresh and delicious! This is how you run a restaurant! Love it!

Order here all the time and almost never have an issue. Food is always excellent and staff is always friendly. If I had to complain about one thing is they have run out of pizza crusts from time to time and when I go into order on a Saturday or Sunday its disappointing when they tell me that and I have to leave empty handed.

Pleasant and great staff especially the cashier. Had just left another fast food restaurant with a bad customer service Popeyes Chicken manager was awful but the young lady was so helpful and her attitude was awesome. Had to tip,proud to see young people trying to make a honest living, that could talk them far in life. Hats off to your night cashier on Saturday, beautiful young lady

Had an incident with their drink machine malfunctioning ruining my daughter's shoes on 2/8/19.  I have asked for a return call and have yet to receive one.  I have called numerous times and am referred to a District Manager.  Is this the example you set for good customer service?  The true testament to a good business is how they handle their mistakes..guess this is not a good business.  Good thing the part that fell into the drink was big enough not to be ingested...wonder how that would have been handled?  NOT!

Good food, lots of options.  Soups are good, pizzas and flatbreads, and definitely the sandwiches.  We picked up a couple cinnabons for the first time tonight as well.  Hopefully we can save them for breakfast, but they sure smell good.  They also have lots of options for drinks and a couple different teas.
