For some reason I always related Schlotzsky's to Quiznos so I've never been there to eat. Today was rainy out cool I was looking for some place that had soup and salad and I ended up at Schlotzsky's. What an amazing surprise. Has to be the best not fast food restaurant in Springfield Missouri I will definitely be back

I waited 22 minutes for a sandwich.   That's way too long for an establishment with a drive through.   My order and money were taken quickly.   I  hardly had to wait until after I paid. It wasn't like a school bus stopped in just before I did and 50 kids were ahead of me.   I am  not from the looks of it the only person waiting a ridiculous amount of time for a sandwich.   I do NOT recommended the location in Springfield,  on Glenstone near Division.

The young man at the register was very polite and helpful. Did eye contact, explained what was in the sandwich without me having to ask,. I asked for coffee and he asured me that it would be hot and fresh and it was. He even gave us a senior discount without me having to ask for it. Kudos to the trainer I,m sure that his parents deserve some credit, but most of his attentiveness is inborn. I,m just sorry I didn,t get his name.

It's been years since I've had schlotzsky's and it's still as good as I remembered! The original is still the best!

Store opened late. The guy at the counter hates his job. He was very short and rude. He didn't offer chips or soup. The soda machines were not customer ready. The arators were not installed. My wife was sprayed with soda. When my name was called, I wentered up to get my order and it wasn't complete.
