Store layout is okay, selection is okay. Customer service is lacking. No one was rude, but neither was there any effort to greet, assist, or show enthusiasm for the commerce. Adequate would be a good word overall.

Decent place for groceries. Not in the best neighborhood. The cashiers are always very friendly and the security guard that works on occasion is a great greeter and makes you smile when you come in and leave.

High prices, and rude cashiers. I would never recommend this store. Nor would I recommend any Shop and Save in Springfield.

I went to the store in  Dierkson. I dealt with a lady named Janice. I'm from. St Louis MO. and had a problem which she was very helpful in helping me to resolve. Was a pleasure to deal with someone who kept a smile on her face the whole time. We need more employees like this to handle certain unpleasant experiences that occur from time to time. She made what an unpleasant experience it could of been Into something not so bad.

Good prices.  Loads of selection.  Friendly staff.  A little more pricey than WalMart, but better selection and quality makes it well with the extra nickel or so.
