If you’d like them to call you back on a vehicle they are “looking” for then you’d better not hold your breath. I caught a salesman in a fib via text and I even corrected him on his fib...never heard from him again. Spoke to a manager about it. He “addressed” the situation and said he would get back to me...still waiting on a phone call. Save yourself the time and walk across the street to Wolf Auto where you’ll be satisfied.

I called for an oil change and they Schmidt Motors were able to provide a time that worked perfectly with my schedule.  They were courteous and provided excellent service!

Was looking to buy a truck but knew I had some issues with getting financed from other dealerships. Luke was very professional from the start and really gave the extra effort to get the best place to get financed. Luke drove all the way to Denver to deliver the car to my house. Went through all the paperwork which was all correct like he had discussed with me earlier in the day. Schmidt Motors went the extra mile to make sure I was happy from the financing to the non pushy sales approach. I recommend them to anyone who wants sales done right. I will always. One back to Schmidt Motors for all of my auto purchases. Thank you very much.

Terrible experience.  I would not recommend them to anyone for anything.  We went to lake mcconaughy for vacation.  Our truck broke down right when we got to the lake.  We contacted the dealership we purchased the truck from our warranty company and Schmidt motors.  None of which were accommodating for our situation.  There were too many issues to list them all.  One of the mechanics at Schmidt made the comment "they are nothing but f***** tourists". We were stranded 6 hours from home.  My truck is a 2015 Chevy Silverado it just broke 13,000 miles.  I baby this truck. It sits in a garage and only gets used for family outings.  We got an impala for our rental.  They told us our vehicle would not be fixed until Monday or Tuesday the following week.  We called the dealership again where we purchased the truck and told them everything that had been going on.  After doing that and numerous phone calls back and forth Schmidt motors said they would fix the truck on Saturday so we wouldn't be stuck at the campsite passed our rented date.  We drove home after Schmidt "fixed" it.  We got with in an hour from home and it started doing everything all over again.  They did not fix our truck.   Contemplating selling the truck and getting out of GM all together.

Stopped in due to vehicle troubles ( not bought here ) was looking to have vehicle looked at and possibly repaired. Seen a few used trucks they had for sale online before arriving. Was only passing through but ended up that my boyfriend bought a truck. Sales lady Gina was great. Not your typical pushy sales person.  She made it a point to even try to remember my dogs name. All being the way it was..... Gina and the manager worked with my boyfriend and made it possible for him to drive home in a newer vehicle. Best car sales person I have met. She cares about the customer above all. Kudos and bravo. They better keep her around. Will definitely send people here if they are looking for a good honest deal on a  new or used vehicle.
