I noticed this morning that my Water Heater had started to leak and called Schoenwalder Plumbing where I spoke to the owner who assured me they could have it completed yet today.  He was right.  Within a matter of 3 hours from their opening I had a certified plumber at my home with a new water heater.  Very professional service, install and communication.  This is the second time I contracted with them, the first was for a Garbage Disposal.  Highly recommended!

They did a great job replacing my water heater!  Linda on the phone was very professional, courteous and patient with all my questions.  The two installers were prompt, tidy, efficient, and courteous.  I'm sorry I didn't catch their names.  They completed the job within the time estimated by Linda. It was my first time using Schoenwalder and I wouldn't hesitate calling them again the next time I need a plumber.

They do not do waste lines for HMS home warranty. Just an FYI not a bad review as i did not work with the company.

If I could give a 10 I would.  I've used them twice.  A few years ago they installed a hot water heater for me because my tank started to leak.  They came out same day and cleaned up the mess around the heater.   I went there today after being turned away by Menards, Grainger, and Ferguson.  I have a 60+ year old utility faucet that is no longer made that was leaking.  I couldn't find replacement parts anywhere to fix it and a new set, which is special order, was $70+.  After hearing my discussion with an employee the owner, Kory, came out to help.  They checked for a replacement part and couldn't find one.  Kory took the valve/faucet into the back and came back and said all set.  He must have turned the valve on a lathe and then installed a new gasket.  I told him that I also need some plumbers putty to put it back on.  I asked what I owed him and he said, "the plumbers putty is $1.50 plus tax."  He fixed my leaking valve for no charge and said, "it only took me a few minutes and we appreciate your business."  HIGHLY RECOMMEND this family owner business.  Later to find out that it was his son who helped when my water heater broke.  Thanks to Kory and his family!!!

If I could give a MINUS 10 to this provider, I would. Spoke with Corey and he identified himself as the owner of Schoenwalder Plumbing and he was absolutely obnoxious on the phone. As a business owner, his responsibility should be to handle and discuss matter in a professional manner.  To him it is strictly bottom line dollars and nothing to do with customer service. My Warranty Service Company was not able to resolve anything with Schoenwalder either and assigned another service provider.  (November 18, 2016)
