I get good service when I go in. However their 800 number continuously disconnects.   This is a major red flag for a bank and it would make me be nervous to keep my money there.

SchoolsFirst is by far the best bank I have ever used.  They are so focused on the customer and it shows.  As you would expect, branch locations aren't as numerous as some of the bigger corporate banks.  However, the overall customer service, co-op ATMs, and eDeposit (which lets you deposit checks from your smartphone) more than make up for it.

They have competitive mortgage and auto loan rates too.  If you are eligible for membership, I highly suggest you take advantage.

Started going to this location because of the awesome people they here. Alays been helpful with any questions. Also have a free coin star at the front.. What more can we ask for?
