As a father it is hard to receive rights in Michigan. It's even harder when your a father living out of state trying to have rights to your child living in Michigan. The process is hard to do from a different state. If it wasn't for Carmen Moyers being my attorney, I don't think I could have done this. She has helped me from day one and puts the needs of her clients first. She doesn't do it because it's her job, she does this because of the people she is helping and you can definitely see that in the work she does for her clients. Carmen has gone above and beyond what other attorneys I have dealt with did in the past and I am very thankful to have her on my side. She isn't afraid to stand up for her clients. Carmen's experience as an attorney shows in her knowledge of the law, delivery in court, passion for her job and persistence in seeking justice for her clients. I am speaking from personal experience working with her and would highly recommend Carmen to anyone.

Cotacted and asked to speak with an attorney. Was told they dont do that. I stated your website says free consulation. That she said is in person only. Website list internet crimes as part of their firm when i call evidently it is not. Website is not informative.  Please correct the problem and you wont have people with the wrong adsumption calling your number. Thanks

I Hired Schwartz Law Firm to represent me after my sons mother took me to court trying to get a court order for full custody of our son.  She wanted me to rely on her to to make all decisions regarding him and even to spend any time with him my own son.  I worked with a Lawyer named Carmen who's dedication and knowledge of law eventually won me 50/50 custody of my son and 3 days with him every week.  I believe it is sad that I have to fight in our legal system to take a more active role in his life but I rest easy knowing that I have the best lawyer possible fighting in my corner for my son and I.  Thank you

AMAZING!  When I contacted Carmen Moyer I was feeling very frustrated because I dealt with a different law firm for a few months.  Within the first day, she did more than my previous lawyer did the entire I retained him for his services.  She was so supportive and did everything for what was in my best interest!  If  services are ever needed again, I would not hesitate contacting Schwartz Law Firm!

First let me say I have a husband with an evil ex wife so we have been in court constantly over 14 yrs and I participate in animal rights based lawsuits, so I have dealt with about 20 attorneys in my life time.

The first thing that set Jay apart for me was the fact he actually reviewed and understood the very confusing material I gave him. I normally have to repeat things over and over.. Jay had it all down and in a timely manner.
He was always available to me when  I needed an answer.

The second thing that set him apart was Jay managed to obtain what I wanted without even stepping foot in court!  Just wow...

The last thing was Jay provided an itemized bill and REFUNDED my money that was not used. This is truly mind blowing to me.. Never has an attorney refunded money, heck  I just paid a $3500 retainer last year for an attorney to do less work and never saw a dime in refund...  
Just mind blowing to find an attorney like Jay with integrity. 

I hired Jay from Tennessee for an animals rights case and he is in Michigan (where the lady is located). I am VERY sad he is not a local attorney to me, I would keep him for life. I wish there were more lawyers in this world like him.
