My family has used Shifman & Carlson, PC on many occasions.  Dan Carlson, and his team, are incredibly responsive, professional, and smart.  I would highly recommend Dan and any of the other attorneys at Shifman & Carlson, PC for all of your general legal needs.  Specifically, the firm has assisted with real property (easements) litigation, real estate purchase agreements, landlord/tenant issues, and trusts and estates.  They have handled each issue successfully and professionally, while being mindful of everyone's time (and their billing rates, which are very reasonable).

Shifman & Carlson, PC is a firm has a wide array of resources and experience for many types of law. Specifically Dan Carlson and his firm helped me set up one of the first Political Super PACs in the country and has been counsel for the PAC ever since. Additionally they have provided me advice and guidance on a number of political and campaign related issues for several years as my attorney. I know from speaking to other clients of his firm's that they are experts in municipal and general corporate work, and having met several of their other employees know that they are well qualified and can assist on a number of fronts. I have no hesitation in providing Shifman & Carlson my highest recommendation.
