Have been renting a wonderful space from Schwarz Properties for about 2 years now and we are so pleased with it.  This company is great to work with and even helped with the electrical inspections when we were having trouble with them.  They were extremely helpful. We will definitely be tenants for a long time and will check them out first in the future if we are needing another rental. I will be referring them to friends and family as well. Schwarz ROCKS!

Since the transition of the sons taking ownership of Jeff's property the improvements on the homes and business's have been incredible. I really appreciate Frank and the way he likes to get r done! Currently renting warehouse space and I so appreciate the way repairs have been made. Mark's new space at the beach, really looks great!

I have rented from Schwarz & Schwarz for a couple of years.  My property manager is Gary Williams and is great to work with.  He is very polite and pleasant and is always helpful when it comes to any maintenance issues.  The company is also set-up to pay rent online which is very helpful due to my schedule.  I would definitely recommend this company if you are in the market for a rental property.

Property manager Gary Williams is excellent to work with.  Made the whole process very easy and had everything processed and approved in 24 hours. I highly recommend Schwarz Properties and Mr. Williams if you are looking for a place to live or space to open a business.

Had a great experience with applying for and getting a house at Town and Country. He was extremely nice and easy to work with. The properties we looked at were in great shape and well taken care of. Had no problems with the application process and was approved the next day.
