Left them last year after being a customer for a couple of years. They tried charging my father a delivery fee for requesting fuel before they felt he should've ran out and they gave him a hard time about it. I still can't wrap my head Around how you want to charge someone to bring your fuel out to use. And it wasn't an emergency he just asked to have it delivered next time they were in the neighborhood. 

Once they filled our tank when prices were double the usual price and never gave us any kind of warning, only a bill for double the usual amount.

He went to Briles and we went to Berico and have never been happier.

Glad to see I'm not the only one that has had problems with this sorry excuse for a company. For one month I was charged almost $900 for gas. There is no way using heat set a 68 degrees or lower and keeping the water hot is going to cost $900 a month. There was also a $184 charge on the bill they claimed was a previous bill, which I never received. I Was threatened with shutoff of service If I didn't pay the bill in 5 days. No date was given for cutoff and was a hand written bill. I then sent a response letter, and sent them $50 so the gas would not be cutoff, I received a letter a week later and was told I had to pay $ 300 by Monday (received letter on Friday ) or the gas would be cutoff. The place isn't even open on the weekend, and gave me a day to pay my bill! They claimed to have come out and tested the meter and checked for leaks as I requested, funny thing is I work night shift and am home everyday, and no one ever came out to do these tests as they claimed! Also they jacked up the price of the gas, that was already in the tank which had been delivered months in advance? Gas is they only source of heat I had and they are going to turn it off, these people are some true assholes. This has to one of the worst companies in Randolph county, and at least I know now I'm not the only one affected by this sorry excuse of a company! I give them 0 stars but google forced me to put at least 1!

I actually owe my friend who originally recommended them. They do really nice work and I thought they were very friendly.
