We hired Schwing Construction to finish our basement. We had interviewed at least a dozen contractors and received bids from several. Steve's bid was not the lowest, but it was the most thorough and accurate. He gave us great options and took the time to explain what he was planning to do. We built a bedroom, a full bathroom, an office, a gym, a huge storage space over the sump pump (creative), and a large open area for the kids to play. We even managed to build a bar into a bump out that has two mini-fridges installed. The basement might just be the nicest level in our home now. We constantly get great compliments from guests. I highly recommend Schwing Construction.

I love the renovations Schwing did on our kitchen! By knocking down a wall separating our kitchen from our dinning room, they were able to connect the two rooms and make the space look much bigger. They also installed new, beautiful built in cabinets.  Now, it is easy to maneuver around our kitchen!

Schwing did a fabulous job renovating our family room. They put in new walls, a new ceiling with new light fixtures, ripped out part of our old bar and installed a beautiful granite counter top. Schwing was very attentive to our wishes throughout the process and we are very happy with the end result.

Steve's attention to detail on my house remodel was exactly what I wanted - and his price for everything from design to materials was very reasonable. I highly recommend Schwing Homes.
