I feel that all these people who post 5 star for this salon are their friends and family and close friends of family etc.. because this was my experience with both owners.

Thank you for taking the time to look at my hair color on Tuesday. I came back in hope that you will be able to find a fix for my hair touch up. I feel that you, as an owner/partner and a professional hair salon stylist, that you would be more considerate to your clients needs and do your best to provide excellent service. I was in need of a hairstylist and came to your salon to find one. I understand the service was through Groupon, a way to introduce a business and service to potential customer. When I left your salon I found the service subpar and unsatisfactory. Having told to just wait another 2-3 months to let my hair grow out, to fix the disaster that is my hair now, is an unacceptable solution. Please see pictures below. 
In the photograph, it clearly shows patches of the color in my hair., you noticed the color when you examined it and chose to ignore the problem. As previously stated, I am not satisfied with the subpar service I paid, in total 77 dollars for. You may refund my payment through PayPal or through check. 
As you can see the difference in the pictures below. Where my hair is actually darker now with patchy colors before the root touch up plus extra. 
Easton and Melissa both responded to my email with this..

" Please contact Groupon and do not respond".
What kind of business owners that email clients this? I know most of reviews are those of whom the owners are friends with as I have witnessed and heard their chatty neighbors talked about other people's problems which I find very unprofessional. Those poor little girls received really bad highlights on their hair.

Easton is a wonderful caring person.  She asked how I like my hair.  I told her my hair was in her hands,  I trusted her to do what she thought I'd look good in.  I'd have never thought of this style

I saw Melissa and she was GREAT!!  I loved my cut and color, I have since been back several times! The salon is very clean and quaint, they use Paul Mitchell products which are amazing, and the conditioning  massage treatments are such a treat. 
No reason to go anywhere else!
