First timers as we were turned on to Scoops Bellevue . Granted we ordered the animals and added them to the top of the cake but the cake was decorated even better than expected! The cake and icing were delicious too . Our new go to for celebrations. Thank you Scoops ! Highly recommend

I am completely blown away by the detail and skill that went into my son birthday cake! I had quotes from cake makers for this theme from $100 - $300 for a lot less detail and sizes! I hadn’t seen the cake since I asked for a sinking titanic with an iceberg a week ago, until I opened it at home and I was shocked!!!! For $48 My son received the most beautiful cake! I honestly did t expect this level of art! Amazing! I’m so happy! I can’t wait to know the artist who performed such a beautiful piece!

Amazing, amazing, amazing wedding cake. We ordered just a small cake for us to cut. It was beautifully and simply decorated to perfectly match our theme. After we cut the cake, it was difficult to keep moving according to our reception schedule because all I wanted was to finish the whole cake. Absolutely delicious!

Absolutely awesome- 21st birthday and a new job- the mint chocolate chip is incredible-

So many flavors to choose from it's impossible to decide! The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of cakes, ice cream cakes, and novelty items as well. There is a great range of items to suit all ages. The shop is clean and cool. Plus they have balloons and party accessories which makes it a great one stop shop for party needs. Glad to have Scoops in Bellevue!

This review is for one ice cream flavor, and one flavor only, because it is the best ice cream flavor I've had in Pittsburgh: Honey Roasted Peanut Butter. I wish I could tell you more about all their great ice creams, but I ALWAYS get the Honey Roasted Peanut Butter.  It is the best!

Quality service and friendly staff, open year round with some of the best ice cream in the city.

Love this little local ice cream shop.  That is what they call ONE scoop!  The portions are large and the staff is engaging and friendly!
