I have to give a rating of 5 stars, because since I have been with Scott Godwin's Farmers agency, I have had nothing but the best of service. No matter what it is they have gotten an answer and quickly. I love the people that assist me and plan to be with Farmers for as long as I drive my car.

Scott has been my insurance agent for about 5 years and his team takes time to get to know you and is always honest. If rates are going up, it's because they're going up all over the state. Scott's office will call you and talk about it and suggest ways to lower your premium. They're also good at finding places where you need more, or different, coverage. I doubled my liability coverage because they showed me it was only a few more dollars. I love Farmer's Tow and Roadside assistance. I locked my keys out of my car within the first 3 months and it was all taken care of. I've used it on occasion since then and it's always been great. When I need changes on my policies, they're always done that day and most of the time I can just email it in. We also have life insurance and a retirement account with Scott, and the options (and results) with the retirement account have been great. This is a great agency!

I appreciated the helpful and friendly service from Lisa Roche as I established a renters policy for my daughter, who is attending graduate school at the University of Tulsa. It is nice to know that there are local folks she can call if she has any issues. Thanks!

I want to recognize Melissa Williams for her outstanding customer service. I bought a new house and I am in the process of relocating to OKC. Melissa bent over backwards to help me, get the best rates and ensure I met my deadlines for my auto and homeowners insurance requirements. I was very pleased with the excellent service. So much that I recommended Farmers/Melissa to my coworker that is also moving to OKC. Thank you for your professionalism and assistance Melissa.

For the last 7 years, Scott Godwin has been my insurance agent. I have never been disappointed. In fact, Scott and his team exceed expectations with top notch customer service and responsiveness. I would recommend him to anyone who expects immediate service and great advice.
