I would not recommend Either.  Not responsive after you pay them.  Finished the roof in a day and the cheap labor that was hired did damage to my house.  Getting them to come back to fix the damage has been painful.  Lesson learned. Until everything is completed to your satisfaction including damage they cause do not pay them in full.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... unless you want unsupervised mexicans performing sub-par work.  After the job was "finished", I had the privilege of fixing damaged gutters, disassembling clogged gutters, and trying to coordinate someone from the company to come out and fix damages from a hammer that fell through the peak and repaint a garage door from spilled paint/sealer that landed on the driveway from 20' off the ground. However, the company did a good job repainting over the stains. 
After all this, I decided to check the quality of work and walk the roof..... I was  thoroughly entertained.  The crew could not lay a straight shingle on the peak over the ridge vent. Some gaps were over an inch tall -and no, this ridge vent was not "that" style of ridge vent. The transitions of the outcoves where the the valleys meet at the ridge line were BADLY creased, the ridgelines of the outcoves were Installed with the seams/overlays facing the northwest, (probably because they were too lazy or uneducated to understand what bridging is). 
I peeked under a handful of shingles before they were fully sealed. Almost all of the fasteners were at a 20, 30, and/or 45 degree angle which could pose a warranty issue. Lastly, I had to laugh when I found a lazy sealer miss on a nail hole used for a temporary support.... the sealer was there, but did not come close to covering the hole.
IT'S YOUR OWN FAULT IF YOU DO NOT HEED THIS WARNING.
