Each team member was respectful and considerate, whether it was the person giving the quote or the person nailing on the shingles. During the project, each employee was highly considerate of the fact that they were working on our home and kept their conversations quiet and were respectful with any interactions.  It was very comforting to know that they respected our schedule, our home, and acted in accordance with our values towards are neighbours while doing an excellent job on the roof. They finished within 3 days of their start date (February 2018) and on budget to their estimate.

Roof repair after Nor'easter Riley.
Accessed via Angies List/Home Advisor. Mast called me within 2.5 hours of submitting my search. I consider this prompt considering the number of damaged roofs in the area after Riley moved through AND it was a weekend. I was a little unsure of my schedule for Monday so we agreed to catch up 0800 Monday. They called and told me the were extremely backlogged but could come out first thing Tuesday morning. I received an additional followup call that afternoon confirming this appointment. The next morning I received a text with a picture and profile of the roofer they were sending. He, Zack, arrived on time and he chatted with me as to what he was going to do and if I had any questions. I left him to his thing and did my thing. He was knocking on the door within 30 minutes. He had inspected the roof and showed me pictures of the damage plus everything else he had found "hinky" and written up what each would entail, giving me the ala carte options. I happened to have shingles left over from when I built the home and he was willing to use these for the repair and indicated he would fix the bare patch immediately. He did this and some other sealing quickly enabling me to nip off to work. 
Bottom line, they were efficient, not pushy and gave me details about issues I had and what the expected lifetime of these where. 
I can state I would/will use them again if I have roofing issues. Cheers!

Scheduled an appointment took days to get a call back.... two weeks to have someone come out for an estimate..... stayed home from a trip to be available..... No Call no show no text nothing.... I had to call THEM 1 week later to get an explanation and then don't make me a priority but say they can't get someone out for another two weeks..... Is this a joke?  If this is how they run a business how professional is their work?  I would think twice if I was anyone else looking for service from them.

Jason was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. I liked that he took pictures of the problem area on the roof so that I could see exactly what was wrong. He then took pictures of same area after it was repaired so I could see the work he did. Good experience. If I ever need work on my roof again, will definitely call this company.
