They’re very polite when collecting your fines for “crimes” that the Scottsdale PD fabricates to cure their boredom.  Steer clear of officer Lutz.  53 mph is the same speed as 41 mph in that skum bucket’s eyes.

Had to go there for a traffic ticket that my daughter had and was very pleasantly surprised all around.  I had about 6 points of contact from the entry security, to checking in, to the actual judge...all the way through checking out. Not one person was rude and almost all were very pleasant.  
I had to sit through about 6 cases before mine came up and the judge was very cordial and helpful to the defendants.  He took the time to explain everything and even gave a few "no shows" a few extra minutes to make it in.  
Nobody likes to pay a fine but outside of that, I don't know what they could have done to improve the experience.

Yes, I received a ticket..it wasn't fun. However, when I needed an extension to take care of it, Roquel made the process easier than I imagined and gave me suggestions on routes to go. Can't complain too much about the process.

Exists solely to bring in money to the city via unjustified parking and traffic tickets. I wondered why the city looked so nice when we visited. Now I know it is fully funded by the people who just want to travel on its roads. Utter nonsense. You will find just ice here, but certainly not justice.
