I had just gotten out of the hospital and had asked if my son could pick up a prescription for my dog. (One  dog takes daily)  She would not give me the pain meds for my dog because it had been a year since his teeth were cleaned and she wanted blood work first.Even though I told them I would come in within the month( as soon as I felt I could), she still denied pain meds for my poor aged dog! He just had his teeth cleaned last year. BTW, I had been in a couple times within the year with another problem, so it was not like she had not received her Important $$ then, as a matter of fact, I believe she took blood then! 
Dr. Heather Sanchez is the most inhumane vet that I could ever imagine!!!! it seems to me she is only interested in pet $ revenues rather than my pet's health!  I am in absolute tears over a vet being so heartless!!!
If you treasure your pet and have plenty of money she may be ok for you, but I adore and value my pet and will spend money on him anytime I believe it is necessary. this is inexcusable to me though!!

Our pets over the years have always gotten excellent service and attention from here no matter who we have seen. We couldn't ask for a better vet office.

We've been with Scottsdale Ranch Animal Hospital for more than 15 years and they have helped us with more than 10 dogs and 20 puppies.  Doctor John Nick is so compassionate and loving and understands how much our dogs mean to us. The staff is also there for any quick questions or concerns...and always with a smile!  You won't find another veterinary center with their care and concern.  We highly recommend Scottsdale Ranch to everyone!

Our family has been going to Scottsdale Ranch for more than 20 years. The founding member Dr. Stolper is amazing with animals and an extremely caring professional to our best friends.

We have been so very fortunate to have our Jack Russell Terriers under the loving care of Dr. John Nick, Dr. Travis Nick and their wonderful team since 1996.  They are extremely knowledgeable, kind and passionate about the healthcare our pets deserve. Dr. Travis Nick has been by our side every step of the way to help us make good decisions in every aspect of our pets' nutrition, health and safety. Dr. Nick and his staff were also there to hold our hands and provide great comfort when it was time for our beloved pets to cross the rainbow bridge. He is a very special, smart and compassionate veterinarian who I highly recommend.  His staff is very friendly, helpful and professional - just an all around great animal hospital!
