I rented a brush hog for the day picked it up Friday night went to use it on Saturday morning and it would not even cut through the weeds.  Immediately get on the phone and talk with a girl name Lisa,  she would like me to bring it back so they can sharpen the blade,  when I explained I couldn't do that,  as that would waste too much of the time.  I asked about switching the blade around and they were OK with that however I did not have a half-inch impact socket to do it.  So I call back again ,  at which point she apologizes and state she will only charge me for four hours not the full day.  So I continue to try to use this machine that's not cutting weeds,  it continues not to work so my husband calls in.  He talk to a guy who told him that we could take it back and they would charge us four hours or take it back and let them sharpen the blade  but we would still have to have it back tonight.  So I decide it's not worth the hassle and just have him take it back. At which point he gets it there  and the  gentleman helping him tells him the blade is sharp enough it should've been able to cut through the weeds, so if it is not working properly it's probably something internal in the machine, but they are still going to charge us for the four hours we were unable to use it. I  will never go to Scottys again and I will never recommend them again regardless if I live in the Rigby area or not. I will go into Idaho falls!!  Home Depot will probably be better than Scotty's with customer service.

I have always gotten good service and if it didn't work they did not charge me.
