The service is outstanding! I have been going to this restaurant for years and I have never been let down! Rachel did a great job providing for my party. The chef is great! Folks do yourself a favor and check this place out!!

They want to charge $29 for a ribeye but they don't serve bread. Then all the entrees come out after 40 minutes, which is a really long time for your family to wait for dinner, and the food is all spicy to the max! The menu said nothing about any of the food being spicy. Even my daughter's fries were spicy. She ordered the grilled cheese, because she's a little girl. I have no idea why a restaurant would serve an 8 year old spicy fries. Also all the good items were not in stock, on mother's day no less, but they of course had the $29 ribeye ready to serve up. At the end, they didn't even have cheesecake available. Bottom line, the part of town is a dump, the service was embarrassing, the food disappointing, the check overwhelming. Buyer beware!

My husband and I just moved to the area and were looking for a good "go to" neighborhood restaurant.  We found exactly what we were looking for at Scrub Oaks!! Great food, awesome service and very friendly. The owners, Tim and Gwen, have done a wonderful job with Scrub Oaks and have made 2 new, happy customers!!!

This is an upscale place. The menu is diverse, even has selections if you are watching your carb intake. The prices are a little high, but the food is good. Husband had the poorboy sandwich, the shrimp were large! Never had to ask about refills, the server was excellent.

Always good food, but they have stopped serving Fish &/Chips which is a bummer since theirs was great.
