Story

Scuba West is the largest dive and snorkel retailer in the Pasco/Hernando County area. In business since 1968, we are proud to offer quality scuba training, equipment repair, and gear sales & rentals all in one convenient location. Our 2 1/2 acre complex includes an equipment retail & service facility, classrooms, an on-site heated swimming pool, and open water training site. Contact us today for more information!

Jeff and his staff are wonderful ! It's definitely a fun interesting place as visibility is low for 40ft and clears up below that and O so dark ! Have fun be safe! Great spot.

They couldn't have been more accommodating. I was on a tight schedule and everything was done get me finished on time, with no corners cut and very complete and thorough training. Derek took me through each item on the curriculum explaining and demonstrating everything, point by point. The convenience of having the open water portion literally across the street was fantastic. Christian and jeff (owners) are extremely friendly and, as I said, couldn't be more accommodating to our needs. Thank you!

Great staff, very friendly and the location, while a bit remote, is completely worth the drive. Very cool dive site and some great gear.

Friendly folks and a nice shop. These guys operate Hudson Grotto. It's a nice local training site for me. Let's face it, it's not Key Largo. However, the price is right and (for me) it's close to home. 4 stars instead of five because they really need to clean up the topside area of the site some.
