The word "fraud" is the first word that comes to mind when describing Mary Rinaldi and her so called "property management" company. Mary and her assistant Bob (who is actually one of the fake reviews rating her at 5 stars) are in the business of lying to as many people as they can, to collect application fee's, then not actually process your application and keep the money. Over the course of 2 weeks, between myself, my fiance` and her cousin, we called/emailed over 100 times, with 2 responses from Mary. Mary likes to ignore her potential customers, and take their money without actually doing any work. The very few contacts we did have, was excuses on her part and Bob's part, where we were constantly mislead about the property we were looking at renting. I've spoken to the owner of the home, who was appreciative to know what type of person is claiming to manage his property for him. I should of read the google reviews, there is the 2 very obviously fake ones, and the only legitimate one had the same experience we did. We have reported Mary and her practice to Channel 8 with "8 on your side" to look into this scammer. Just as a courtesy, my fiance` and myself simply hope no one else gets taken advantage of by this so called "real estate professional". I'm pursuing legal action against Ms. Rinaldi, due to practicing intentional deception and fraud. We paid for application fee's, which she did not even pull out credit to verify (according to the credit unions). We also did her job for her, by sending all the paperwork she required, which she then told us it was our fault we didn't get the home because she couldn't get the paperwork. Although it is not a lot of money, it isn't a good business practice to accept money from 30+ people for a home, that you are not going to even run an application for in the first place. Very dissatisfied, but I do want the public to be aware so you are not scammed by her as well.

Hi, my name is Christopher Fischer and I rented a house at 7139 Woodibis Dr. New Port Richey Fl. From Mary Rinaldi and Realty Shoppe for 25 months.  I never miss a payment and was a good tenant. I moved out on August 1st.  I left the clean and the yard in better shape than when I moved in. To get to the point. Mary Rinaldi and Realty Shoppe Refuses to give me back my security deposit of $1,425.  Mary Rinaldi sent me a letter 30 days after moving out saying they used my security deposit to clean the house and to work on the yard which is a total lie. I asked her for receipts of the work and she could not produce them. When I moved in the house it was a mess and the yard needed to be cleaned up which my girlfriend and myself had to do. We left the house in way better condition than it was when we moved in.  Also when we moved in there was things that needed fixing and she promised they would be fixed and never were.  Plus while living there our air went out twice and she left us for 4 days during the hottest days of the summer with no air.  Plus the pool they promised to take care of was green for 2 months during the summer and I had to buy the chemicals aMe clean it myself.  The bottom line is, I want my deposit back and I feel Mary Rinaldi and Realty Shoppe needs to be investigated for their unlawful Business Practices.  Thank You, Christopher Fischer.

From everything I've heard, this place is very unethical.  What company takes your money for application fees, doesn't answer your phone calls when you inquire about your application to rent a home and basically gives you the run around from the beginning?  The answer...The Realty Shoppe of Pasco County and Mary Rinaldi and her assistant, Bob.  Do not do business with this "business" whether you are renter or a property owner wanting to lease your property.  They are eliminating people that are more than qualified to lease a property based on withholding income information of all the renters and not even attempting to get all the information (i.e., VOR's etc).  These people should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
