Very clean branch. Decor is new and updated. Tellers are friendly. I love that they are open till 6 on Fridays.

I've been with SDCCU since 1995, have had "Bank" accounts and still have other accounts with two other Credit Unions. Due to different areas I have lived through out San Diego I've received services on a consistent basis and have always received top notch service, far better than the other two credit unions, even while we experienced some rough times.

Good luck getting someone on the phone. They hung up on me 3x. Getting a car loan them is a nightmare. Run. They didnt make any effort in contacting me and then they send me a letter that is ambiguous and offer no help in paying online. They kept trying to push apple pay and i dont even have those phones. The reason you cant get anyone on the phone is because of a call center. There is no personal touch here.

I was waiting for service but they didn't call me. Instead a customer just came got serviced and they asked me to wait for another 20 min. Almost one hour passed. I need to go for work.
