I will give your employees 5 stars for working so hard to help and serve so many customers in only 4 hours over the weekend! There aren’t enough people and this is bad management from the bank! This is a busy area and many people can’t do their business in week days which leave only the weekend to go to the bank! The line was too long! At least you have to wait 30-45 mints to speak to someone! This is not acceptable Wells Fargo! You are not accommodating both your customers and the people who work there! They were like machines trying to help everyone with the best they can but there are a lot of people. it’s the management and leadership fault for having few people working! This location has been short staffed always since 2020. Don’t you think you should do something about it! All of the employees were great! Thank you Valentina Hanna for helping me! You are awesome. Please do better, people expect better than long waiting line and short staff. We don’t want to do online and not everything can be done online. Thank you
I’ve been living in this area for almost 10 years and I’ve been coming to this bank for about that long. I try to avoid having to come here, because this branch is bar nun the worst branch I come to…and some times I have to swallow the bullet and sacrifice my day because the others are just out of the way. It’s like going to the DMV. You’re gonna get what you came for. You’re just going to have to wait all day for it. Don’t come here. In fact. Probably don’t bank with Wells Fargo. As I am sure you can see that in most people’s comments, the owner of this Wells Fargo is aware of the problem and have been for some time now…meaning something should’ve been done about it and yet nothing has been done about it. They’re listening. They just don’t care.
People are very nice but on average your wait time to a teller is 15 minutes or more inside the bank. And that’s at 10:00 am, 1:30 pm or any other time I’ve tried on a Weekday. They need to staff it more.
I rarely go to this Well Fargo branch bank and 90% of my banking is through the ATM. But this morning at 10am I went into this branch and there was only one other customer, so no lines . What a great experience. So I must have gotten lucky according to all the poor reviews.
I have experienced the same today as the recent reviews. Three staff were helping one man at the window with over 10 people waiting in line for over 20 minutes. This branch is either badly managed, poorly trained or understaffed. Not sure which but whomever is answering all these poor reviews should make sure the manager is aware and that something should really be changed for improvement. You can do it, this branch has been around for a long time and the community would like it to be a good service point.
They literally have ZERO tellers available on some days and rudely advise us to go to another location. We have a business account and simply need to deposit cash at the end of each week. This appears to be a poorly managed location with little to no accountability, which seems feasible consider the poor customer service. I'm planning an exit strategy, closing account soon and moving on to another bank that can offer basic satisfactory customer service. Expecting to receive the typical "auto" reply from them asking for my contact info and to reach out, just like other reviewers. Waste of time.
We were turned away and told to make an appointment online for another day after waiting 30 minutes in line.
Customer Service is meant to make consumer’s life easier, lot to find a loophole to make it even more difficult! This morning, June 14, 2021, too bad forgot to catch teller’s name, but she said, “can’t cash check out due to two names on it, and account is only in one person’s name.” In this case my name. Been cashing checks on the weekly basis, same way as it was today. Stepped out to the ATM and deposited. Stop making yourself feel better by wasting your customer’s time. Be a decent person!
Probably had the worst customer service I have ever had at this bank. My dad wanted to open a credit card for me since I just turned 18. We came in but didn’t realize that we needed an appointment but the security guard told us there could be an opening and he can slide us through, we waited 15-20 mins then another guy asked us if we had an appointment, unfortunately we didn’t and it was completely understandable, then the Vice president Senaa came in with the worst attitude ever, saying we needed an appointment and there was no available time to do it today and we said okay and in quote she said “you guys can go to another branch if you’d like to” what kind of customer service is that? we were patiently waiting bothering nobody, I understand she had a bad day or shes stressed out with other customers but you do not throw your anger at other customers when we did nothing wrong, she needs to handle her own emotions right and Wells Fargo did not train her right. She definitely lost a customer today and decided to open a credit at Chase, they were much more helpful and much nicer than Senaa. You guys need a new vice president, that business will not go far if she stays there. this is a 18 year old speaking as well, if I’m more mature than her and understand how to treat a customer better than she does with barely any job experience then she needs to retire ASAP. My dad is probably the nicest, most calm person you’ll ever meet and so am I, I never thought in my entire life to post a bad review on someone because there is no point but she had such bad customer service/attitude towards us that after hours I was still very mad about it and just couldn’t let go off it
Always disappointing. I came Friday 9/2 to withdraw my SSI money from the indoor ATM, there were no 100s bills. After checking online, I came Satu.9/3 they were closed. Online they should be open 9:00-12:00 on Saturdays. You must close permanently.
