Great food and service, just really busy so prepare to wait to be seated and get attention. But the salted pepper pork chop and shrimp are worth the wait, as well as the braised pork chop. They each give you hot and sour soup for free while you wait as well as hot mango pudding for dessert.Food: 4/5
We went here for lunch. You pay 10-12$ per dish and with that you get a soup, rice, tea and a dessert. Not a bad deal. For two people we only got two dishes and left feeling full, with leftover and paying only 24$! Really liked the hot and sour soup. Also recommend the salt and pepper pork chops! Will be coming back. I wanna try their lunch menu!
Food is solid, authentic and legit. The restaurant is run down, the bathrooms are scary and there's "stuff" piled everywhere. The service is typically Chinese. All that said, the portions are huge and very tasty. Come for the lunch specials.Food: 4/5
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful Chinese restaurant, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, The highlight of my meal was definitely the Beef Chow Fun, a delicious dish of flat rice noodles stir-fried with tender beef, crisp vegetables, and savory sauce. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the portion size was generous. I also had the pleasure of trying the Shrimp Fried Rice, which was packed with flavor and loaded with succulent shrimp. The rice was cooked to perfection, each grain distinct and fragrant. The addition of fresh vegetables added a delightful crunch to every bite. The tofu dish I ordered was a pleasant surprise. The tofu was silky-smooth, and the sauce infused it with a delectable blend of sweet and savory flavors. It was a vegetarian delight that left me craving for more. Overall, when it comes to satisfying your craving for Chinese cuisine, this place is perfect. The diverse menu offers a wide range of options, and the quality of the food is outstanding. Whether you’re looking for classic favorites or want to explore new flavors, this restaurant has it all. The portions are generous, ensuring you’ll leave with a full and happy stomach.
This place serve very tasty food, they have a long list of options and the prices are unbelievable! They have 3 groups: the 10.50 combo, the 10.95 combo and the 11.95 combo. That's it, but the options for each group are a lot, and the portions are for about 2 people. Besides, you'll get hot tea, a small cup of soup and white rice and a fortune cookie with your meal. I'm giving 4 stars because despite the service was fast, they aren't exactly "nice" and our table wasn't clean it had stains from the previous costumers hahaha but I guess it doesn't matter since the flavor is great, they're fast and the prices are very accesible. The place is very, very old... looks gloomy. I wasn't brave enough to visit the restroom to wash my hands before leaving... The parking is a bit tight, but the place has a lot of tables inside. It's probable that even if you see a packed parking lot, you will get a table right away.
Large place, large portions! Individual Lunch plate was more than enough for two! Come with tea, soup and a desert for under $12!
Food is good! Worth the price & experience! Always ordered salt and pepper pork chops and fish has more meat than flour, shrimp fried rice made just right **chef's kiss**, honey Walnut shrimp sweet, savory, and nutty - it's very yummy, and the free dessert - tapioca pudding is good. I would go here often, but parking is difficult.
The place has old decor, but what they lack in interior design they more than make up for in both quantity and quality of food. This place is one of the best Chinese food restraunts I've been to. Absolutely great service and food.Food: 5/5
We went to Seafood Town. We were utterly disappointed in the food and the customer service that we received here. The food did not taste good. Most importantly, they put peanuts in my Kung Pao Fish Fillet when I asked them not to. The Fried Crispy Whole Fish was COLD when it came out. Also all the other food we ordered were bland. Not only was the food not good but the customer service is also terrible in many ways. First, when we sat at the table, there was this man who rushed us. We were in the middle of speaking, then he walked away. He seemed that he is not fit for customer service. It also seems like this place is understaffed. One lady at the front desk has to do customer service and pack up orders at the same time? How terrible. When it was time to order take out, the lady forced us to pay the tip of 15% in the order, and the prices of the food on the menu was more expensive than that of Seafood Port. Then, what is the meaning of a tip anyways? That is ridiculous. Seafood Town did not give us any napkins, spoons nor forks for the take out order. Also, our take out order was not packed carefully, so the sauce spilled all over the bag. I am disappointed because of how careless these people are. Finally, the place was dark, and not a lot of customers. After all what we have experienced, we will never be going back. I compare Seafood Town and Seafood Port because Seafood Town is the same owner as Seafood Port, but everything from food quality to customer service is more superior to here. Is it because of the staff here? Seafood Port will be greatly missed.
Probably the worst service I have ever experienced at any restaurant. I go in for a quick lunch because the menu looked appetizing. Upon checking in with the hostess, she made me and three others wait without attempting to seat, or advising us there would be a delay seating us. I had to finally advise a male host probably the owner/manager I was short on time and he finally seated me. I was served hot tea from leaky pots that ran all over the table. Looking around the restaurant, there were boxes of styrofoam take out plates and condiments in booths at the front of the restaurant. The staff essentially ignored me. The food was mediocre at best. Improvements are needed.
