This place is not worthy of a one star, but I have to give it at least 1. 

This was a complete nightmare of a place to shop. My husband and I went there after looking for a truck all day. We found one that he liked, not a terrible price, and low miles. After looking all day, I asked him if we could test drive it. We wanted to see how it rode, if it missed, or anything that appeared wrong. We walked in with my husband’s twin sisters, and the salesman asked for our license and insurance cards. We go back out to get my information so we can test drive it. We walked back in, the salesman appeared to be upset. He automatically asked how old we were, we responded 25 and he told us my husband could not drive because he is not on my insurance. That was fine, so I said I can drive a truck. He went to the copier, copied my information. While he was copying my drivers license and Insurance cards he was asking questions, very rudely, like how much are you putting down, what do you want your payments to be? Well obviously, we didn’t know. Heck, we haven’t even drove the vehicle yet. We had a ball park what we wanted, but who tells salesmen exactly what they want with a down payment or payments.  How many people out there buy trucks without driving them or starting it up? He then proceed to say, “we do business here, we don’t play around if y’all want to play around y’all need to go somewhere else.” So, we walked out. It was just so disrespectful how he was towards us, I’ve bought 3 cars from dealerships in Batesville, Searcy, and Little Rock. I have never been treated like that before. I am not one to complain about anything, ever. I’ve worked in the public before and I know how it can be. Honestly, he would have gotten a sale today had he not been a disrespectful and arrogant salesman.
