They “accidentally” put me in the list to turn my water off when I first moved into my house. Then they turned my water off again without notice. They have been extremely rude and snappy every time I have gone in to pay and on the phone when I contacted them about my water being turned off. Even if you are polite to them they speak to you as if you are beneath them.
Rude staff. Dishonest company. I requested a town meeting since this is a municipality and they don't have to adhere to the Public Service Commission General service rules. Denied a town meeting. And was given the brush off by an attorney that's on the board with his statement to me they feel they are providing a good service. Full stop. I can't handle stress and have high blood pressure. Had a brain aneurysm rupture in my coratid artery in 2012 or I wouldn't have let the brush off stand. This company gives Searcy as a whole a shameful reputation.
When I had a leak they were incredibly helpful getting my bill adjusted so I didn't have to pay a very high bill. They were polite and patient even though I brought my children with me :

This department charged me twice for the same month, was moving so called in to have services discontinued then was charged for a additional month that did not even have there services, ripped me off and when called with receipts where I’d already paid the lady was very rude. Very rude and dishonest company!!!!
Absolute WORST service I have EVER dealt with. The women are ALWAYS rude, they do NOT care to help you. If there was any other way to recieve water, I would definitely not use this company.
They are terrible! I had my water shut off when I was in the hospital and I paid to get it back on. They told me they would turn it back on by the end of the day. Well they didn’t. I have called 3 days in a row and they keep saying “we will turn it back on” this is a terrible place and I highly don’t recommend this place.
This place is ridiculous. I get paid once a month on the 3rd. Now since they changed their billing cycle, I am expected to pay late charge every month? Ripoff!
Absolutely rude staff inside, will lie to save themselves. Too bad they’re the only option!
Fast, easy and efficient! Great customer service that was super fast!
