They did a fantastic job on my alignment on the first time after another Sears botched the job twice. Great group of people that know their stuff, talk to you, and hear out your concerns. Wait times were much shorter than other Sears Auto Centers as well. Highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a car from my daughter, who was moving out of the country.  It was purchased for my stepdaughter, and after a few months was ready for an oil change
I received a call from a Sears Auto representative named Major.  Evidently, when my daughter got her last oil change at Pep Boys, they stripped the threads where the oil plug goes in, and as a result, put what was called a "sleeve" that is supposed to provide the threads necessary to insert the oil plug again.  The problem was, the Pep Boys people put in the wrong size, and made it even worse.  As soon as he put his wrench up to get the plug out, the entire plug & sleeve fell out.
Major went out of his way to relate the issue to me.  He had suggested that we tow it to a Chevy dealer who could work on it, but my daughter was under the gun to get to work, and couldnt do that.  I asked if he had any other suggestions, and he informed me that he'd already contacted the local Auto Zone to see if they could get a different kind of plug to hold this temporarily until the proper work could actually be done.
They did a great job, and I have to say that it's not often that any mechanic goes the extra step in situations like that.
This is one of the reasons that I try to bring all of my auto business to them.

Terriable experience had me in tears i paid my money nd they didnt fix my car nd i was talked to horribly by some staff how could u take a person hard earned money nd lie about the car being fixed...horriable experience..

My last few oil changes have been 2 hours plus for the oil change to be done. One time I had an appointment and the other I was in at 9am they said about an hour and there were a couple of cars in the garage i was first in line. I still had over 2 hrs to wait. It use to be really good here and when you get a coupon too it's even better but this waiting for hours sucks. I will be going somewhere else for now on or maybe I will go back to doing my own oil changes again.
