Horrible! I will NEVER shop here again. I spent a few thousand dollars on items while shopping one day at Sears in Mesquite, NV. I even PAID to have my items delivered. I was given a delivery date and a delivery time between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm. Delivery was scheduled for a Monday, so I took time off work (which cost me more money) and they never showed. I called the store at 1:40 pm & was told the truck just left with my items. A half hour later and still no show (I live 10-15 minutes from the store). At this point I was late for another appointment. I called again (2:15 pm) & a female told me she would call the driver & call me back. No call back. Unacceptable.

Great Customer Service.
The young lady who helped knew me what I was looking for because I called the day before with the item numbers.
While I was there I decided to buy a dishwasher also, she told me all the pros & cons of each one.
The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is when she rang everything up she put in the wrong amount for the refrigerator and then automatically without asking me rang up all the kits needed for refrigerator and dishwasher.
Problem is I didn't see all the charges till after I got back home to St.George, it was my fault I wasn't feeling well wanted to go home.
I did talk to her about the kits and told her it would be a better idea to ASK the customer first if they wanted the kits.
Really excited because I bought all new kitchen appliances, long overdue.

Great store with friendly staff. You can use store pick up to get items that are not in stock.

I have purchased major appliances from this store refrigerators, & microwave , great products Frigidaire, great delivery and install. Friendly hometown service, a real asset to Mesquite
