The man who answer's the phone was extremely rude after messing up my order for a dishwasher. I ordered the dishwasher online around the first of March. I paid $81 extra for shipping. Meanwhile, it's now April 4th and still no dishwasher. It was supposed to be delivered within a week. If the man who answers the phone does not own the store, he definitely shouldn't have a job with the way he speaks to customers!

Buying is always easy. It is repairing Kenmores that is a nightmare.
This purchase was replacing an two year old "Fancy" Kenmore (very expensive). Just could not afford to buy all new computer boards
