I am saddened to write a negative review on Sears after so many years of loyalty from our families. We purchased a mattress from Sears and was told it was easy to return if it didn't work out. From the start, we believed there was an error in the manufacturing process and that we were delivered the wrong mattress. We went for the softest mattress in the store and this one matched the hardest one. We went to the store to return the mattress and was told we had to keep it for at least 30 days. We returned to the store several times to compare the mattress to the one we owned, no comparison. Thirty days of lousy sleep and we then learned that we had to call an 800 number to return it to a distribution center (so there was no way to show anyone that it was the wrong bed). And, that it would cost over $200 to return it. Corporate said to work with the Sears Home Store to get a refund. The manager of the Sears Home Store wouldn’t return a phone call, so I wrote a letter. He responded to the letter and said he would contact Corporate and get back to me by a certain day about a refund. He didn’t and now is ignoring my phone calls.

Purchased a washer and dryer in store we opted for delivery a week away, we where in great need of one sooner then our delivery date so we went in and they made it to where we could pick up the same set. Wonderful customer service! They did everything in their power to satisfy us! Thank you so much Sears!

Horrible customer service provided by store manager! He made me wait 45 min, and after wait did not help me at all, just ignored me all the time. Thanks to some other people in the store.

Our carpet is very old and hasn\'t been cleaned regularly, but after this cleaning it looked great! Stains were gone, the carpet looked bright and really helped lighten the room. The technician was professional, courteous, personable and paid attention to problem areas, working diligently to clean the carpet the best possible .. - , - 03/12/2017  ( 5 / 5 stars )

Every time I come in, I'm warmly greeted by one of the sales staff. They're always very attentive and helpful. If they don't have exactly what I'm looking for in stock, they happily order it in. And if the online price is better than the in-store price, they match it right away. I've come to really appreciate their knowledge and put a lot of weight on their recommendations. I'd highly recommend this location.
