Worst experience. All I needed was to find 5 wall anchors for a 3' 1/4 wall screw. None were on the floor. In fact nobody was on the floor to help because they had a meeting. After waiting for a while the Clueless staff members had no idea where to find them. They did not communicate with eachother, same stupid answers cycled through 4 employees.

I found everything i need at a good price. but i have had trouble at home depot before. but still a nice place to shop

Similar to other stores of this network. Good location. Large parking. Nice but not so professional service.

I took my Ridgid vacuum into the store as the on/off switch broke. This vacuum has a lifetime warranty and I just love this vacuum. Somehow the vacuum was lost in transit. Worked with Lowis at customer service. It took quite a long time and lots of patience but Lowis worked with me through the whole process. I'm sure she was as frustrated as I was I have to say her customer service was outstanding. If anyone has a problem I would highly recommend you work with her Thank you Lowis for all your help!

Home Depot does not answer their telephone calls. I tried "Plumbing" and was put on hold for over ten minutes. I then tried "Customer Service" to also be put on hold for the same......They apparently do not need customers.
