Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. The sales guy was so far up us that we couldn’t discuss anything on our own. Then he didn’t put the order through correctly so it was not shipped the first time. This was an $1800 treadmill. Then they put it through and we had to wait 2 more weeks. We finally for it today and the entire right side is scratched up and when you run on it it sounds like crunching plastic. Now we have been on hold for 45 minutes after being transferred around a few time already. I recommend absolutely never using them for anything. All after spending 200-300 on a white boot shipping package

Many of the registers were closed and for the breathing challenged it was hard to find one that was open. When I found the girl that was open she was very nice

The associates are the least informed on products they carry as well as how their company operates. I had to pay to have an part freighted from the manufacturer when I could have had it brought in from their parts store in Concord. They also never answer the phones in Concord.

Went to return a gift and handed her the gift receipt and the purchase receipt. Clearly she had no idea what she was doing and chose the gift receipt over the purchase receipt so I had to get a sears gift card. It wasn't until later when I realized why it had to go on a gift card. She had a hard time operating the computer too. They should train their employees next time

Awful! My husband and I went to the Concord NH store today with our children to purchase a patio set. I had been to several stores over the past week in search of the perfect set and finally settled on this one. When we went to purchase it, we were told as we sat on the floor model, that they didn't have any in stock and couldn't even order it. We asked to purchase the floor model and they said no!! Crazy that they let us walk out the door without a several hundred dollars sale. We went then went Walmart and happily gave them our business. They were helpful and also willing to let us purchase one of their floor models because they were out of stock (what a concept - great customer service!). We will never again purchase anything at Sears and are not surprised they're going out of business!
