Sears is a wonderful place to shop and get deals with customer service...its not ALWAYS service. Customers dont understand that i been and seen alot. Wish everyone give all workers a CHANCE

While I understand Sears has not been doing well as a company, I always get my home appliances from Sears for its good prices and home delivery/installation. Never had any problems. I hope they will stay around in Mall of NH.

This place has got to have the worst customer service ever!!!! the tool Department to be exact!! dont care what so ever about doing there job. More interested in doing a wordsearch.....

The people who work in the auto department are rude and unhelpful, my wife bought tires from sears and had them mounted and balanced with an alightment done. At highway speeds the tires bounced around which never happened before the tires. The desk clerk told her the car needs a suspension test that she will have to pay for. Never had an issue till tires were replaced. They did not want to check balance of the tires for her. Went to Salem Sears where the gentlemen were very helpful and informed my wife if suspension was off the alignment would not of been done and that the tires were off balanced. Do not go to Manchester Sears because they don't want your business I would either go to Salem or Portsmouth Sears.
