There is many more good stores to stop by before you put a shoe on this friendless store . Rude people whit ugly faces and a bad and disgusting way to treat people.. use to be a good store until this poor souls invade this store.. people in the register mainly. ☹☹

Went to Sears to buy some tools. Simple. Went to check out and dealt with a condescending twit at the register who insisted on pushing membership in the Sears club after two polite declinations. My credit card went back in my wallet and I let them keep the tools. I purchased elsewhere where it was less painful.

Shopped in numerous stores for a drill press but had the very best experience by far at Sears. Friendly and very helpful employees. I bought the tool there because of the excellent customer service I received. Price was very competitive and they even matched an online price saving me even more money.

Excellent in the store while in front of them and they are looking to make their money. Crappy service if you need to get them by phone. I called 3 different departments and no one picked up, eventually the auto service center picked up and they transferred me to a line that no one picked up. *** It has now been 3 weeks. A few days after calling the Corporate office to complain (they were as helpful as they could be) I received a message from the store manager by text and by phone. He provided two numbers to call, a store number and a cell phone. He has still not returned a call to either line. I have left messages on his cell phone and with sales associates at the store. If you want customer service this is not the place to shop. If I could give less than a 1 star rating I would.

Nicest staff and great prices. My sales guy saved me so much on my mattress I was able to get a TV.
