I recently bought a Razer chroma Mamba mouse from this location. I am so far impressed with it's precision. I have only had it for a day, but I believe i will keep it, and enjoy it for months to come. The store made it very easy to find, so it wasn't a boring process. I overall really enjoyed shopping at this Best Buy, and I love the new gaming mouse!

Big store, good selection of electronics and appliances. It is a chain which means you can find some good deals or order lot of stuff online. No sales tax in NH so you can count on a better price. It can get crowded and sometimes I had to wait around 10 minutes for a person to talk to. Not everytime I was satisfied with the answers. Overall I prefer other stores, because small things like phone charges are overpriced.

I went in to buy a sound bar with subwoofer . I went with a Polk audio . A few days after having it the subwoofer would cut out . So they had me return it I got another Polk and It kept happening . So I returned it for a definitive technology . It worked good sounded nice . Bu kept cutting out. PK from the magnolia center was more than willing to go out of his was to help me figure it out . He called definitive tech support . And even gave me his personal number to keep in touch . We texted back and forth for a few days trying different things . We finally figured out it was the optical cable that was defective. So I returned now I couldn't be happier with the product they referred . Also the customer service from PK and the magnolia team was above and beyond . I will always consider them when I need something for home entertainment.

I have never shopped this particular Best Buy. I had to do my purchase over the phone after the South Portland  store told me they do not deliver to my new address.  So I called the Portsmouth/Newington store  and received incredible help from Bob in the major appliance dept.  The transaction from my end was complicated and time crunch drive. The entire issue was solved in under 10 minutes and the product will be delivered on Thursday!! Thank you for having employees who truly care
