The mall opens at 10:00.  We drove from Cisco  (50 miles) on Friday only to find that Sears doesn't open until 11:00.  When they did open,  there was 1 salesperson in appliances waiting on the only other customer there.  He never acknowledged our presence, so after looking around in the appliance dept for 30 minutes or so, we left.  We went to the car, ordered a microwave online, and went to pickup in just a few minutes. We were going to buy a cook stove  from them as well, but they didn't have any in stock!

This place always looks like a tornado hit it. It does not matter what time you go it looks the same and you can never find anyone to help you.

My wife and I would have spent around $2,000 on a new washer and dryer today...if we were ever greeted or approached by any one of the many employees on their sales floor. Now, we're joining the growing number of customers that will take our (previously Sears) business online.

I work there  they are not a very good employment  people. I  went to work    one day  i. I  went rift to. The store manger   I show him I was very sick.  The next day I had no job    i don't recommend   any  buddy  to work there. At all. Sucky pay sucky  jobs

I guess you get what you pay for. The service was cheap but that was the only positive thing I can think to comment about my experience. I scheduled an appointment and after receiving a confirmation was called a few hours later and told it was not possible and needed to reschedule. I did for the next day but when I arrived was told a roadside assistance truck needed to go first for a flat tire. Why make an appointment if you can't hold the spot? What should take 20 minutes lasted and hour and a half. The short staffed crew seemed unhappy to even be at work. I would recommend any other shop for service if you can afford the difference.
