My mother recently purchased a large chest freezer from the store. During our visit at the store we waited for a good 15 minutes before we received assistance.  I witnessed her being pressured into applying for multiple credit cards that she repeatedly said she was not interested in. The sales associate James was rude to say the least. my mother knew the exact product that she wanted to purchase including price. when she told James that this did not match the price she had seen online he reluctantly checked the Sears website. When asking my mother the questions required for delivery he wanted to hear nothing she had to say no pleasantries . He was extremely rude and it was not appreciated. After leaving the store we checked the website to see if there was in fact free shipping and if the freezer was purchased online then she would have saved herself $75. So buyer beware if you are looking at the Sears website it will not match in-store price. And if are looking for a miserable high pressure experience and rude associates then this is the place to go.

I wish my sales associate was wearing a name tag because I would personally like to give her 1 star.  The women's land end associate was miserable, and did nothing but waste my time.  There is a reason Sears is going out of business!  Second worst customer service I've ever experienced.  Second to the last time I was here and tried to buy a dryer.
