Worse customer service. God forbid that you loose your receipt cause they will defenitly give you a hard time. The staff made me feel like i stole the unopen item i was tryin to exchange. I am sharing my experience with all my friends and family and i will never shop at sears again.

Was shipped on 11/06/17 a washer and dryer
I had to pay for the service that sears said they would do and didn't do. I talk to Josh and he hang up on me. Bad bad service.

Worst shoe service  EVER!!!  I WONT RECOMEND HERE THEY DONT EVEN FOLLOW THE PROCESS OF EXCHANGE AND RETURN

I ordered online and picked up. They had a really nice machine which scanned the barcode that I got in my email. I gave them only 4 stars because the staff was disorganized and it took them a bit to find my order.
