I ordered a ring online exactly 30 days ago. The return time frame is 30 days. I noticed a few days ago that two of the stones have fallen out, I have only worn it maybe 3 times since receiving it.  I called customer service today to request a return slip and they said it was beyond the window. FYI to anyone ordering online, the 30 day time frame starts the moment you order not when you actually receive the item. I received the item and only had it in my possession for less than 3 weeks. I cannot wear it and will have to scrap it completely.  I will not buy any more jewelry from this store. I tried to leave a product review on the website but need a verification code and it is not being sent to my email as if they don't want anyone leaving reviews. Not the company they used to be.

Sears had exactly what we were looking for and at a price that nobody could beat.  Easy to navigate store as everything is nicely laid out.

The sales staff was courteous and very knowledgeable.  Easy checkout.

I'm leaving zero stars. Bought a glider on sears web page. Was sent four folding chairs. Returned the chairs and now it's been two months trying to get my $169.00 back. All I have been getting is a run around. Now they are telling me I have gotten my refund but it hasn't showed up in my account. My advice. Do not purchase anything from sears and let them just fade away. Been going down hill ever since they dropped Robuck!

Went to buy a dryer since I just purchased a washer there. The guys working the area were nice. I found the same Dryer at Lowe's for the same price with free shipping. Of course I asked the guys if they'd honor Lowe's offer. They responded with "I wish I could help you", so I responded with "I'm sure Lowe's will thank you for helping them make a sale". I'm not getting a Sears card to get free shipping. I'll buy your product, but I don't want your credit card. I guess in 20 years I'll be stopping at Lowe's, because Sears will be a memory. Learn to innovate and you might survive.
