I dislike Macy's in general because they're all overpriced and then they're stingy with the discounts, only 20% off. You gotta be kidding! To make matters worse this Macy's is really declining. The shoe department is pitiful. Small selection of items. Staff is friendly but this store isn't worth going to. The only reasonable thing I found was an artsy planner/calendar that has funny and motivational sayings on the pages (it also came with stickers). The price was $15, so it was definitely a steal. But besides that, this store is a waste of time. I can find clothes and handbags that are just as stylish at discount places. Au revoir, Macy's.

Had to return dress and order size to b shipped to home. Excellent customer service. Store very neat and we'll organized.

This Macy's will likely succumb to the fate of her sister stores. With such high prices and aggressive sales, I don't see how they're still standing. Staff is complacent and grumpy. Lady was visibly frustrated with me that I had to look at a few watches to find the one I wanted. I literally only held 2 watches before selecting the third. As I got my change she sped out of her booth and was gone. So weird. Macy's..reform your customer service entirely....remember Woolworth's?..
