Tools department just doesn't answer and you have to call lawn and garden. I asked if they had something in stock and I got put on hold for 20 minutes and then told they'd call me right back. Same thing with Neshaminy mall. Legit there's no customer service and I got NOWHERE WITH THEM. I ask them a simple question and it's the most complicated thing in the world. I mean, the one guy I understand because he was the only one there but seriously why the hell don't you put more people on the clock for more customer service? You're kidding me. It's terrible. I'll have to go there tomorrow for an answer and just wait around I bet.

If I could give Sears NO stars, I would. Horrible customer service! I looked for work boots for 30 to 40 minutes all the time the lady that worked the department wandered around aimlessly without asking One customer if they needed assistance. When I finally found something that I liked, I sought her out and discovered I had cut myself on some of the sharp cardboard boxes that held the boots. Asking "if it wasn't to much trouble to see if they have first aid kits for a band-aid". She said "Oh, we don't have anything like that here". Now... That's just fine by me, I pull the kleenex out of my pocket and bled into that. But when i asked her if she could get a price for the boots I liked (they weren't on the box) she said "just go scan them over there". I decided to walk out. A complete lack of customer service in this country, especially at this Sears. I've been going to Sears ever since I was a little boy,  a lifelong customer. Not anymore.
