Never again!!!! Now I am more clear why they are going under! Never buy a bed from them! It's a maze and no one knows anything! They say you have 30 days.... then it's no no you must keep the mattress "by the way was damaged " for 30 day before any exchanges can be done .... For 4 weeks I had to sleep on my boys bed. My wife and I can't sleep on this bed.... and everyone at Sears said. ... nothing can be done. Thanks for a vary hard month!

Very poor service, or should I say no service. I called the store and the auto attendant rang for bedding. No answer. Twice. Then the operator. No answer. Same for the store manager and two other departments. Are they closed? Used to be known for their service, not lack of.

Absolutely horrible service. I almost purchased a craftsman tool set online but wanted to see it in person because sears didn't have any actual pictures of it online. It said they had it in stock so I drove 45 minutes to get it. Got there and looks like the tool section was used to shoot a scene out of the walking dead. Dust everywhere, price tags that look like haven't been updated in years, and hardly anything was actually in stock. I asked the guy behind the counter if he knew where the set might be since nothing was on the shelf but was supposed to be. He literally had no clue what it was, what it looked like, or where to even look for it. The only help he was able to give me was to tell me ace hardware might have it. Which they didn't.

No customer service. I tried dropping off something that required service and a lady whom appeared to be a manager came rushing through the doors before I can walk in saying "what you need because we close in 2 minutes" - hmmm... hello it's literally 7:53, you close in 7 minutes!!! Then I told her I needed to drop off an item for repair and she goes to say that's not here that's in another store by west Tennessee, another issue because that store doesn't exist and corporate sent me to apalachee. I will be finding this woman's name and reporting her because people like that don't deserve to work with the public.

I've had multiple bad experiences at this location. The only department that answers the phone is fine jewelry. The managers never come to the phone when you ask for them. The only reason why I still shop here is because there is no Kmart. The corporate people are no help at all. If you create a case with them no one calls and follows up. I will be writing a letter to the president. The service is unacceptable and if they continue running business like this they will constantly lose business!
