I shop at JCP a lot and I absolutely love it. I have never had a problem. I don't know the lady's name but she works in the jewelry department, she was pregnant about a year ago. I love her to the max. Her customer service is spot on and not just with me I have seen her work with so many other customers and her attitude never changes. The only thing I wish is that they had more of a selection for us plus size women, us young plus size women. Not ready to look like a grand ma. Online shopping makes up for it though.

This location doesn't carry as varied a selection as I would expect from J.C. Penny. They are usually understaffed so there's a long wait to check out. Not bad if you go on weekdays when it's not as busy.
